Constitutional objectives
3.1 The objects of the CIO are for the relief of children in the United Kingdom who are under-privileged or otherwise in need in some manner or form and in particular but not so as to limit the generality of the foregoing: 3.1.1 the provision maintenance and improvement of holiday or residential accommodation. 3.1.2 the provision of recreational or social facilities. 3.1.3 the provision of assistance for the psychological well-being of such children. and 3.1.4 the provision of amenities or facilities for the benefit of such children.
