4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of animal welfare by supporting the physical and mental needs of vulnerable animals typically within Argyll and Bute. 4.2 To provide help to displaced domestic animals, primarily by the provision of temporary accommodation and rehoming if needed. 4.3 To promote good husbandry of animals, principally cats and dogs, by encouraging spaying and neutering.
