What the charity exists to do

St G’s Community Centre provides a welcoming hub offering events, courses and weekly classes that support wellbeing, learning and connection. We work closely with local groups, charities, schools and public services, including the NHS, to strengthen opportunities for people in Tillydrone and the wider area. Our team offers practical support for those facing hardship, providing food, clothing, baby essentials and other everyday necessities. Through partnerships, volunteering and community-led activities, St G’s aims to create an inclusive, resilient space where everyone can access support, build skills and feel part of a thriving community.

4 The organisation's purposes are: The advancement of citizenship and community development and the provisions of recreational facilities and activities in the Tillydrone area of the City of Aberdeen, and in furtherance of this by. 4.1 Promoting the availability of community facilities which will encourage the promotion of health & wellbeing, education, human rights, leisure activities and other activities which will benefit the community of Tillydrone. 4.2 Working in partnership with other bodies to achieve the purposes.
