02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

All Strong was founded from a place of lived experience, and directly supports the improvement of mental health, wellbeing and meaningful connection, particularly for vulnerable and marginalised groups and those with additional needs and challenges. Working closely with a range of partner organisations as well as the public, we provide private, tailored group sessions including physical activity, mindful relaxation, creative expression, peer connection and social opportunity, all led by highly qualified and experienced instructors with lived experience. In addition to improving mental health, wellbeing, connection and resilience, we also work with individuals as required and support employability and personal development.
