The Trust was established to acquire St Colmon Church, in Colmonell for the benefit of the Community. In the year to 31 December 2025 no progress was made by the Church of Scotland in bringing the Church to the market.

Constitutional objectives
5.1 The objects of the company are: 5.1.1 to acquire, repair, maintain, preserve and improve St Colmon Parish Church, Manse Road, Colmonell, South Ayrshire KA26 0SA, in particular the stained-glass windows and the organ. 5.1.2 the advancement of heritage and culture through increased awareness of St Colmon Parish Church. and 5.1.3 the advancement of community development in Colmonell and its environs by preserving public access to St Colmon Parish Church for the benefit of the community.
