What the charity exists to do

Advance environmental protection and/or improvement within LMCP through supporting the maintenance, conservation and/or improvement of the facility. advance heritage, particularly among users of LMCP, including increasing public knowledge of the history. supporting the preservation and improvement for the benefit of the general public, the historical, architectural or constructional heritage that may exist within LMCP in buildings (including any structure or erection and any part of a building as so defined) of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest. support the provision of recreational facilities and activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for all members of the public who wish to use LMCP. do all such other lawful things as appear to the4 Committee of Trustees to be necessary or desirable in pursuance of these objects.

Constitutional objectives

FOLM has been established to advance citizenship and/or community development (including the promotion of civic responsibility, volunteering, and the voluntary sector) by supporting the development of Lochore Meadows Country Park, referred hereafter as LMCP for the benefit of the community. In furtherance of the Object the purposes are to: 4.1 advance environmental protection and/or improvement within LMCP through supporting the maintenance, conservation and/or improvement of the facility. 4.2 advance heritage, particularly among users of LMCP, including: - 4.2.1 increasing public knowledge of the history of LMCP. 4.2.2 supporting the preservation and improvement for the benefit of the general public, the historical, architectural and constructional heritage that may exist within LMCP in buildings (including any structure or erection and any part of a building as so defined) of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest. 4.3 support the provision of recreational facilities and activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for all members of the public who wish to use LMCP. 4.4 do all such other lawful things as appear to the Committee of Trustees to be necessary or desirable in pursuance of these objects.
