Constitutional objectives
The organisation?s purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of environmental protection or improvement by educating on the importance of biodiversity. the implementation of conservation projects and activities to support environmental protection and improvement. 4.2 The prevention or relief of poverty by working with Merkinch Partnership (in SIMD area), the Local Nature Reserve, Inverness High School as well as other areas in Highland region to support many volunteers who are long term unemployed, experiencing social inclusion, including the provision of free transport, free education and free training in various conservation activities. 4.3 The advancement of education by providing free education activities and training around environmental conservation, team building skills and transferrable skills for employment. 4.4 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by encouraging people from all areas and backgrounds, encouraging out-door green space activity, by providing free transport to projects and free education around the protection of the green spaces locally and across the Highland region.
