Reach Out Community Wellbeing and Support

Constitutional objectives

(a) The advancement of health by provision of health and wellbeing workshops, activities, training and support services to help individuals and families within the community to improve positive mental health coping strategies and emotional resilience. (b) To provide relief to individuals in need through providing a range of specialist support services, advice, guidance and advocacy services, Support services that will improve the conditions of life of those who are struggling with mental health and wellbeing, isolation, emotional issues, trauma, family addiction or other identified disadvantages. (c) To prevent and provide relief from poverty in the local community offering access to emergency food, toiletries and essential items. Working to ensure individuals have access to employability support and money management advice to prevent individuals and families from falling into, or further into, poverty. (d) The advancement of citizenship and community development through supporting the development of new volunteering projects, linking potential volunteers to voluntary opportunities and undertaking initiatives that reduce barriers to participation, reduce isolation, improve collaborative working and, ultimately, help individuals to build relationships within their own community.
