02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our charity is dedicated to sharing the Buddha’s teachings through classes, workshops, retreats, and meditation. We aim to support personal growth, inner peace, and mental wellbeing. We promote community cohesion by hosting social events and engaging in outreach to share original Buddhism and encourage interfaith dialogue. We undertake charitable activities to support those in need, including vulnerable groups and disaster victims. Our commitment to environmental sustainability is reflected in eco-friendly projects that foster care for the planet. We also support the Sangha to preserve the Buddhist tradition and ensure the Dharma is passed on to future generations.
