What the charity exists to do
• Advance education around mental health and wellbeing in schools and the wider community based in the north-east of Scotland. • Empower participants to become increasingly confident to express themselves as individuals. To improve mental health and wellbeing. Increasing self-esteem and lowering stress and anxiety. • For participants to build friendships within the group/s, and deepen their connection to Self, and the natural world. • Provide access to creative opportunities through arts programmes, prioritising working in and with the natural environment.
