4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are to advance the arts, heritage, culture and science, and in furtherance of this: 4.1 to establish and promote a model railway museum or exhibition centre. 4.2 to benefit the public, particularly but not exclusively children and young people by carrying out such activities as shall promote their knowledge of science and engineering using the example of model railway construction as a means to achieve this. 4.3 to work in partnership with other bodies to further the purposes.
