What the charity exists to do
Looking ahead, the trustees remain committed to strengthening the impact and reach of The Period Place by expanding community support, education and partnerships. Expanding community engagement and outreach, building stronger connections with local communities, schools and partner organisations. Continuing and expanding Walk to Give Her a Voice, growing the initiative to reach more communities and raise awareness of menstrual and hormonal health. Delivering a period poverty education and awareness campaign in May to mark Menstrual Hygiene Day, helping to raise awareness and encourage open conversations about menstrual health and access to period products.
