What the charity exists to do

The purposes of the JPC O’Rafferty Charitable Trust (SCIO) are to administer grants and donations to: i. individuals who reside in, and ii. community groups, charities and voluntary bodies that are based in, or operate within, the areas of Blairgowrie, Rattray, Alyth and Coupar Angus, including those supporting children and special needs groups (but excluding commercial or business-related projects).
