What the charity exists to do

We advance health by tackling the stigma surrounding mental health and advocate for positive mental wellbeing. We do this through creative, arts-based projects that centre lived experience and promote expression. From podcasts and documentaries to virtual choirs and community-led web series, our work uses storytelling, co-design, and accessible media to challenge stigma, uplift diverse voices, and support positive mental wellbeing across communities.
