Constitutional objectives

1. The company's objects are to support and honour God's creations through supporting and/or otherwise facilitating: (a) the advancement of the Christian religion and spiritual awakening generally, without prejudice to the foregoing generality, the company may do this through supporting ecumenical services, provision of accommodation and facilities for residential and day retreats for ministers and ministers and their congregations and other appropriate spiritual and faith organisations. (b) the advancement of environmental protection and/or improvement and, without prejudice to the foregoing generality, the company may do this through supporting conservation, restoration and sustainable land management initiatives including but not limited to Native oyster restoration, regenerative aquaculture and Native woodland creation projects. (c) education, research and study in relation to but not limited to the above through financial and/or other support and collaboration with universities and other centres of learning, and (d) the improvement of life of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage generally including but not limited to providing access to the above initiatives and/or provision of grants to community bodies in support of this objective.
