Constitutional objectives

The object of the charity is to promote and advance the human rights of victims of human trafficking, and in particular those trafficked for the purpose of labour exploitation, in the United Kingdom and throughout the world, by all or any of the following means: (a) Monitoring abuses of the human rights of victims of human trafficking. (b) Obtaining legal or other redress for abuses of the human rights of victims of human trafficking. (c) Research into issues affecting human rights of victims of human trafficking, and in particular those trafficked for the purpose of labour exploitation, (d) Providing technical guidance, both to governments and organisations working with victims of human trafficking, on issues concerning the human rights of victims of human trafficking. (e) Contributing to the sound administration of laws which protect the human rights of victims of trafficking. (f) Commenting on the effect of proposed legislation on the human rights of victims of human trafficking. (g) Raising awareness of, and promoting public support for, human rights issues affecting victims of human trafficking, (h) Promoting respect for the human rights of victims of human trafficking amongst individuals and corporations. (i) International advocacy of the human rights of victims of human trafficking.
