What the charity exists to do

Creative Glasgow exists to connect, champion and celebrate creative practitioners across Greater Glasgow. As an organisation we provide our membership community - over 400 artists, creative practitioners, creative businesses and cultural organisations and institutions - with a regular programme of networking meetings and events, enabling Greater Glasgow's creative communities to come together, share practice, exchange knowledge and skills, and support one another. We partner with organisations and institutions to provide our members bespoke training and skills development, commissions and presentation opportunities, as well as collate and make available useful resources such as case studies, toolkits, evaluations, and research reports through our website. Further, we are committed to supporting the next generation of creative talent to develop, with a bespoke programme for young and emerging creatives aged 18-25.
