02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Lucy’s Lights supports autistic women aged 16 and over in Moray and the surrounding area. Our charity is set up to reduce Social isolation, improve mental well-being, and build lasting support networks for autistic women. We do this by providing a range of free activities, groups, and opportunities that are adapted to meet individual needs. We create safe, welcoming, and understanding spaces where women can connect with others who share similar experiences, access peer support, and build confidence. Through our services, we aim to empower autistic women, improve well-being, and ensure they feel valued, included, and less alone in their community.
