We aim to promote and develop pipe band music and excellence in Livingston by preparing for and competing in pipe band competitions and gigs.

Constitutional objectives
The objects of the band are: 1. To promote and encourage the culture and advancement of pipe band music throughout the local and wider area. 2. We will be an inclusive band without discrimination. 3. To provide coaching in piping and drumming and to perform as a pipe band. 4. To strive to achieve musical and performance excellence and participate in competition at the highest possible level. 5. To develop partnerships with youth development programmes that encourage and sustain the musical heritage of piping and drumming. 6. To create and maintain a bond of fellowship with pipers and drummers everywhere.
