What the charity exists to do
The main activities in relation to the charitable purposes are: • to provide a place of prayer for the general public at St Peter's Priory and opportunities for structured and unstructured prayer times. • to provide faith formation and support for university students through involvement with the RC Chaplaincy for the Universities of Aberdeen, including running small groups and faith formation programmes, providing opportunities for structured and unstructured prayer times, organising day outings, days of recollection and retreat weekends, and providing student support through individual meetings. • to provide faith formation opportunities for children by working with several RC parishes in the city of Aberdeen providing catechesis and religious education, as well as hosting a faith formation event at the convent. • to provide faith formation opportunities for teenagers through involvement in a parish youth group in the city of Aberdeen and young adults group
