02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We provide the opportunity for local amateur musicians to meet and rehearse classical orchestral music to a reasonable standard and perform in 3 concerts annually in Dundee. We provide the rehearsal facilities, conductor etc in order to do this in exchange for members paying a fairly small subscription. We are funded from our subscriptions, gift aid, various charitable trust donations and an invested legacy.
