The Organisation has been formed for the public benefit of the Community of Law Village as defined by postcodes ML8 5B. ML8 5E. ML8 5F. ML8 5G. ML8 5H. ML8 5J. ML8 5L. ML8 5N. ML8 5R. ML8 5S. ML8 5W (“the Community”), with the Purposes listed in Clause 5 below(“the Purposes”), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development (where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs). 5. The organisation’s main purpose is consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development. The organisation’s purposes are: 5.1 the advancement of health. 5.2 the advancement or public participation in sports. 5.3 the provision of recreational facilities, of the organisation of recreational activities.
