4 The organisation's purposes are: (a) to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to take part in adaptive cycling activities. (b) to support the development of off-road cycling opportunities for people with disabilities. (c) to provide advocacy, guidance and consultation services to organisations who are looking to improve access and provision for people with disabilities to engage with the outdoor environment.
