Constitutional objectives

(a) the advancement and the preservation of health among people residing throughout the United Kingdom, with a particular focus on those who are living with life-limiting or life-shortening medical conditions, including, but not limited to, cancer. (b) the promotion and protection of the physical and mental health and the quality of life of such people and their families, including, without limitation, through the provision of financial assistance, physical assets and / or equipment, facilities, support, services, education and / or practical advice to such people. (c) the advancement of the education of the general public and the raising of public awareness in all areas relating to the advancement and the preservation of health, including, but not limited to, the following areas: i. the physical and mental health and the quality of life of people who are living with life-limiting or life-shortening medical conditions. ii. life-limiting or life-shortening medical conditions. (d) the advancement of research and development in all areas relating to the advancement and the preservation of health, including, without limitation, life-limiting or life-shortening medical conditions. and (e) the provision of assistance in such ways as the charity trustees think fit to any charity or other organisation whose aims include the advancement of health or education, including, without limitation, the advancement of health or education in relation to the physical and mental health of sufferers of any such life-limiting or life-shortening medical conditions or that provide medical care, treatment and / or other support to any such persons and / or their families.
