What the charity exists to do

Jaxon’s Gift was established to support families with children and young people who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis, and to raise awareness of the impact of childhood cancer within local communities and across Scotland. The charity has a particular focus on supporting families affected by Diffuse Midline Glioma (DIPG). The charity’s purposes are: • the advancement of health. and • the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. To achieve these purposes, Jaxon’s Gift raises funds in Jaxon’s name and applies those funds to provide direct financial assistance to families affected by childhood cancer, as well as grants to local community projects that align with the charity’s aims.
