Constitutional objectives

4. The organisation's purposes are: 4.1. To advance the arts, heritage, and culture, through promoting the diverse Rajasthani cultural heritage and delivering cultural and learning activities that celebrate the Indian diverse cultural heritage, through organizing and delivering festivals, musical and otherwise and through advancing and promoting the cultural heritage and inclusion for the diverse Indians in Scotland. 4.2. To advance active citizenship and community cohesion through the development and delivery of democratic participation programs, advancing cultural diversity at various levels, promoting and enhancing the cultural rights of the community at large, the encouragement of voluntary activities and increasing the involvement of individuals and communities in cultural and art activities: art and culture educational activities, training opportunities, art and cultural clubs as well as community development initiatives, facilitating engagement and equal participation of the diverse Rajasthani community in Scotland in art and culture programs. 4.3. To promote race equality and diversity through empowering Scottish Rajasthani community and advocating shared experiences, combating hate crime while facilitating and delivering inclusive programs and activities that permit equal representation for this diverse community in society at all levels while celebrating our multicultural Scotland: enhancing equality for the diverse Rajasthani people in Scotland via advancing of equal health and active life including mental and physical wellbeing, progressing community cohesion, and assisting in promoting and advancing equal rights and activities to progress, for example, equal health and wellbeing and preventative activities and programs for people from Rajasthan, India.
