Constitutional objectives

The Trustees shall pay or apply the income of the Trust Fund to or for the Particular Charities or to or for such other Charities or for such Scottish Charitable Purposes all as the Trustees think fit. 'The Particular Charities' means Charities whose purposes are, or include, the purposes listed in PART B of the schedule below. 'The Particular Charities' • Medical and Wellbeing (including but not limited to Multiple Sclerosis, Melanoma, Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Corneal Dystrophies, Migraine and genetic/family history of prostate and breast cancer). • Refugees from war torn zones including the Middle East, Ukraine and Tibet and parts of the world affected by natural disasters from time to time. • The support of medical doctors in training in the above affected zones/medical refugee doctors in the UK. • Missionary and spiritual including but not limited to St. Patrick's Missionary Society, the Society of African Missions and The Holy Ghost Fathers. • Ethical and social responsibility including Tibetan Buddhist causes, Rigul Trust, Anscombe Bioethics Centre, pro-Life charities and anti-Euthanasia charities. • Environmental causes. • Relief of Poverty and Hardship. The Trustees may pay or transfer any Trust Property to any Charity and may apply any Trust Property for any Scottish Charitable Purposes.
