02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To advance the health and well-being of individuals with additional support needs and their carers in the Glasgow area, particularly those from culturally diverse communities, but not limited too them. This is done through the provision of inclusive arts, music and social activities. During the period the charity delivered two main programmes: (1) Well-being Fund Programme (2025): An 8-week music and arts activity programme for individuals with additional support needs and their carers, culminating in a graduation event, with weekly sessions at hired premises, instruments, materials and a paid teacher. (2) Winter Woodland Programme (2025-26): A seasonal well-being programme funded by the ERCAH Seed Fund via Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire, supported by volunteers whose expenses were reimbursed.

Constitutional objectives
The organisation purposes are: To raise awareness and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with additional support needs within West and Central Scotland , including, but not limited to, the black and minority ethnic (BAME) community, working towards inclusive and equitable society under The Equality Act 2010. To support the development and inclusion of individuals with additional support needs and their families within the community, through tailored programs and services. The advancement of health and wellbeing of individuals with additional support needs by signposting resources and through education and advocacy. To provide assistance to individuals with additional support needs to help them achieve independence, integration and quality of life.
