4 The organisation’s purposes are to principally benefit the community of Forres and surrounding area defined by the IV36 postcode with the following objects: 4.1 To advance environmental protection or improvement by protecting green spaces and creating planting areas in the Forres IV36 area. 4.2 To provide recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the public and users of the green space known as Grant Park in Forres. But only to the extent that the above purposes are consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development.
