The SCIO has been formed to benefit principally the community of Sauchie and Fishcross and surrounding environs which comprises the Sauchie and Fishcross community council boundary area and does not reach beyond the Clackmannanshire Central Ward area to which Sauchie and Fishcross are the main communities (“the Community”) with the following purposes: To provide recreational facilities, or organise recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the community and persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended.
