Constitutional objectives
The Company is incorporated for charitable objects and purposes only with the intention of providing public benefit in Scotland or elsewhere, and in particular the Company is established: (i) for the promotion of equality and diversity, specifically by: a) the provision of an online ticketing platform focused on enabling people with disabilities or accessibility needs with equality of access to events. and b) promoting the benefits of greater accessibility to venues and event holders to enhance equality of access. (ii) to advance education relative to equality of access through its activities and generally through the provision of funding to disadvantaged students. and (iii) to promote the relief of poverty through the provision of funds to charities working in this area.
