What the charity exists to do
Ecovillage Findhorn exists to support and develop the Ecovillage Findhorn community and the wider public through the advancement of education, sustainable development, community participation and environmental stewardship. We manage community land, buildings and other assets for long-term community benefit. provide and support affordable housing and visitor accommodation. maintain facilities and infrastructure. support cultural, educational and community activities. and promote ecological and regenerative approaches to living. We work collaboratively with residents, members, local organisations and partners to strengthen community resilience, protect the environment and ensure that the Ecovillage’s assets and activities continue to provide public benefit for future generations.
