The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects of the charity are: a) The advancement of citizenship and community development (including the advancement of rural regeneration) principally within the neighbourhoods in the boundary of the Nigg and Shandwick Community Council area (IV19 and IV20 postcodes). b) The provision of recreational facilities and the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for persons living within the designated areas. c) The promotion of equality and diversity within this neighbourhood.
