Constitutional objectives
The organisation’s purposes are: The advancement of the Arts. a) To promote, set up and advance local art services, by providing affordable and appropriate non-residential studio space for visual artists. By providing both space and membership, we aim to continue to develop a community for artists who can also inform and promote the arts for the wider public community and in turn create an environment of creative exploration and exchange, contributing and enriching Glasgow and Scotland’s’ creative life. (b) To promote the advancement of the arts by creating an artist community and service. The charity will aim to advance the arts and life of the local and wider community providing spaces for people to come together, create and collaborate. Also to hold exhibitions and offer events, networking, discussions and presentations education, teaching art and providing workshops open to the public.
