Constitutional objectives
The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and pay or apply the income of the Trust Fund which is not accumulated as follows:- for the benefit of the children of Broomhill Primary School and Ashley Road Primary School for the provision of extras such as prizes, excursions, visits to historical sites and such like declaring that no part of the Trust Fund shall be expended or utilised in replacement of any shortfall or reduction in the provision of funds by Local Authority or Central Government. And for the children of Dr Graham's Home to be utilised for the advancement in life of Anglo Indian/Eurasian children on leaving Dr Graham's Home for assistance in respect of further education, provision of tools, air passage, maintenance et cetera where no funds are available from other sources.
