Constitutional objectives

5 The organisation’s purposes are: 5.1 to advance education 5.2 to advance arts and culture 5.3 to promote social inclusion 5.4 to provide recreational facilities and/or the organization of recreational activities: through the provision of Happy Place Workshop sessions throughout schools, communities and family-friendly events across Scotland, directed to engage, educate and empower children and young people through the provision of therapeutic workshops, resources and interactive experiences, encompassing music writing and art-focused activities to ● engage with children through music, art, mindfulness practices, creative activities and community support initiatives to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being and artistic expression and promote discussion around mental health and grief and provide safe and inspiring spaces where children can explore music, art, and storytelling to escape, grow, and find joy. ● educate children about mental health, emotional expression, and the power of creativity. ● ensure that all children, regardless of socio-economic background or personal challenges (particularly those experiencing social isolation or mental health challenges) have equal access to Happy Place Workshop and creative opportunities and activities that empower and inspire them and build confidence and community. Resulting in positive and happy children who have an increased understanding about mental health, grief, the power of positive thinking and the therapeutic benefits of artistic expression, challenging perceptions and the stigma related to mental health and delivering social change in Scotland.
