02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our Charitable Purpose is to advance the education of young people and adults who are not in employment, training or education, as defined in purpose two of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005. The charity was founded with the aim of enhancing the skills of those who are not flourishing in traditional educational settings and to support, mentor and create opportunities for individuals wishing to undertake careers in the creative industries, in particular those from low income backgrounds. We achieve this through 121 instrumental music tuition, music workshops, creative writing workshops and acting workshops.
