02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The Group seeks to provide access recreational facilities which are facilitated by the Group in the interests of social welfare and wellbeing to improve the quality of life. In the past 12 months we have held a raft of talks given by excellent speakers on heritage topics and where possible incorporating the local area. This and a very successful archaeological dig in the heart of the town - its iconic Green is all helping explore and learn about Leslie's past.
