Constitutional objectives
The main objectives of Alianza Impact is to advance education (training) and facilitate empowerment programmes for minority and/or underrepresented groups or individuals, particularly migrant workers. As such, the organisation will be’ a. helping them build confidence, acquire new skills and leadership qualities. b. helping them to identify and access available resources. c. advancing their arts, heritage, culture, or science via creative media, storytelling and podcasting to elevate their marginalized voices. d. providing them a forum to discuss issues related to national integration, social inclusion, resilience and shared experiences. e. Advise Scottish Executive Agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies on matters relating to these minority and/or underrepresented groups or individual.
