Constitutional objectives

4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1) To preserve the heritage of Westray and Scotland through the regeneration of Cleat House, associated farm buildings and grounds, Westray. 4.2) To research and document the history and archaeology of Cleat House associated buildings and grounds to prevent their loss through time and to make them available to the public and future generations. 4.3) To provide accommodation for, and delivery of, education and training in traditional Westray building, farming and life skills. 4.4) To advance rural regeneration by preserving the community of Westray through the provision of affordable housing, through a local lettings policy, to key workers required to support the community.
