The organisation’s purposes are exclusively charitable and are for the public benefit. In particular, the organisation is established to relieve the needs of asylum seekers and refugees, especially those residing in hotel accommodation, by: (a) Advancing health through the provision of mental health and well-being support initiatives designed to improve psychological and emotional resilience. (b) The prevention or relief of poverty through the provision of essential goods, food, services, advice, and support to those experiencing financial hardship. (c) The advancement of education and employability through access to creative expression, skills development programmes, and informal learning opportunities. and (d) The advancement of citizenship and community development by promoting social inclusion, community participation, integration, and advocacy initiatives aimed at improving cohesion and reducing isolation. These activities are undertaken with a view to achieving meaningful and measurable public benefit. The beneficiaries of the organisation’s work are individuals seeking asylum or granted refugee status who are at risk of poverty, poor mental health, and social exclusion. The organisation does not operate for private gain, and any surplus funds are reinvested into furthering the charitable purposes described above.
