4 The organisation’s purposes are: The provision of recreational facilities and the organisation recreational activities for the benefit of the residents of Colvend and surrounding communities, without discrimination on political, religious or other grounds. To provide facilities for education, social welfare and recreation with the object of improving the quality of life of persons residing in said area, for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, and only in relation to recreational facilities or activities which are available to the public at large.
