Constitutional objectives
Purposes 4 The purpose of the organisation is to provide recreational facilities to advance the social needs, health and wellbeing and improve the conditions of life for all adults living within West Ardnamurchan by. (a) Creating, developing and maintaining a facility, namely a Community Shed. (b) Offering opportunities for men and women of all backgrounds and abilities living within West Ardnamurchan to meet and undertake creative, physical and purposeful recreational activities of their choice. (c) Reducing isolation of adults in this geographically isolated peninsula which has extremely limited public transport links and lack of accessible facilities thus contributing to their mental and physical wellbeing by providing opportunities to meet new friends and strengthen existing friendships. (d) Developing the capacity of men and women living within the area to share their skills and knowledge with others in the community within a safe, welcoming and accessible space.
