The Trustees shall hold and apply the sum of £1 paid by us to them, and such other funds and assets as may from time to time be comprised in the Trust Property, in trust for the following purposes:- a) To increase the availability of, and facilitate access to, educational and cultural opportunities for young people, under the age of 21 years, residing in Scotland, and living with visual impairment. b) To relieve hardship, distress and suffering of young people experiencing visual impairment in such ways as the charity shall decide from time to time
