4 The organisation’s purposes are:- 4.1 to facilitate, promote and encourage, either on its own or in conjunction with others, the protection, preservation, enhancement and use of the historic, architectural and landscape heritage of the Cathedral of the Isles and College of the Holy Spirit at Millport, Cumbrae and in particular by the ownership thereof. and 4.2 by means of such facilitation, to facilitate the advancement of religion through the continued use of the Cathedral of the Isles for divine worship of the Scottish Episcopal Church.
