More specifically, properties with Postcode Sectors of AB21 0 & AB21 7, and where the property lies north of the A90 and the Aberdeen to Inverness rail line. The organisation’s purposes are: • The advancement of education, through enabling the continued provision of standard library provisions and services. • The advancement of citizenship and community development through the bringing together of community groups and providing a space for these to meet and display materials. • The advancement of the arts, heritage and culture through activities and programmes run by the association.
