Constitutional objectives

4 The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of the women and young girls of Scotland, with a greater focus on the women and young girls of ethic minorities in particular Muslim women and young girls (the “Community”), with the following purposes (the “Purposes”): 4.1 To advance public participation in sport by providing safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces and opportunities for the Community —particularly those who are vulnerable, marginalised, or facing barriers to participation—in Scotland to engage in physical activity and organised sport. 4.2 To promote and protect active movement and positive mental health and wellbeing of the Community through access to sport, exercise, and community-led wellness initiatives. 4.3 To advance education by delivering workshops, programmes, and mentorship activities that increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of physical activity, teamwork, and self-confidence among the Community. 4.4 To relieve social isolation and foster a sense of community and empowerment among the Community by creating safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive environments for physical and social engagement.
