Constitutional objectives
(a) Fortified Future will advance public participation in sport by promoting and providing access to boxing and martial arts training for individuals of all ages and abilities, with a particular focus on engaging people from disadvantaged communities across Scotland. The activities will be offered free of charge to remove barriers to participation and foster inclusion, wellbeing, and community development through sport. (b) Fortified Future will provide access to recreational facilities and deliver structured recreational activities - including but not limited to boxing, martial arts, mentorship sessions, and life skills workshops -with the aim of improving the conditions of life for individuals, particularly those facing social or economic disadvantage. These activities will promote physical wellbeing, personal development, and social inclusion. (c) All Fortified Future’s activities and operations will be conducted in full accordance with the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and will be undertaken solely in furtherance of the stated charitable purposes. Fortified Future will ensure that its resources are used exclusively to advance its charitable aims and deliver public benefit.
