Constitutional objectives

The Organisation’s purposes are: To provide a range of support for those in need by reason of bereavement, particularly individuals and families affected by suicide. To use whatever resources are at its disposal to support those effected by suicide bereavement. To provide peer support groups and facilities for a safe, non-judgmental space for people to share their experiences, reduce isolation, and access emotional support from others who have experienced loss through suicide. The advancement of health, particularly mental and emotional wellbeing, by organising holistic wellbeing events for individuals and families affected by bereavement through suicide. including practices such as sound therapy, Reiki, guided meditation, breathwork, self-care workshops, exercise, outdoor based activities and gratitude-based activities. to help individuals manage stress, reconnect with themselves, and support healing in a community setting. The advancement of education, through increasing awareness of compassionate mental health support, reducing stigma, understanding of the impact of suicide bereavement and the importance of wellbeing through facilitating open conversations, community engagement events, informal talks, and sharing lived experience stories.
