To advance community development of the town of Arbroath by: - carrying out public engagement and consultations with the Arbroath community to identify problems and opportunities to improve the town and its local communities To advance the citizenship within the town of Arbroath by: - empowering volunteers to engage in activities to improve the area to tackle the negativity that is present within the town. To relieve those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, or any other disadvantage within the town of Arbroath by: - creating a Charities and Communities hub which will offer support and assistance to other existing charity groups in Arbroath while also allowing those in need to have a centre to attend and gain assistance, particularly for those experiencing financial hardship and other disadvantages. To advance the public participation in sports, civic and other recreational activities in Arbroath by: - supporting the provision of suitable sporting, civic and recreational facilities in the community. To promote the provision of recreational facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for those within Arbroath by: - supporting the provision of recreational facilities in the community. To advance arts, heritage, culture, science, and the participation in sports in the town of Arbroath by: - promoting and supporting arts, heritage, cultural, science and sporting events within the town
